If drinking games are too lame, I always like to play 'games with drinking'. Play poker. Winner of each round has to take a shot. Helps level the playing field.

My personal favorite was Mario Kart. Losers take a shot. Winner takes two.

Best way to have a good party is not to over-think/over-plan what you're going to do in advance, but I suppose you're a little too far down that road by this point for that to be an option.

The only thing I can really suggest is to have a couple of drinks yourself before your guests arrive to ensure that their first impressions are one of a relaxed atmosphere. That doesn't mean you should get bladdered before they're even in the door, mind you.

Or you can try push-up UNO/Texas Hold'em/Poker.

We have once playing texas hold'em by using number of push-up as bets where everyone had to do the push up except the winner. Its hell of fun and torturing lol..



however the best advice is that, DONT EVER expect you only need a game and ask everyone to join. It is better to provide a few games that not require all 10-15ppl to play together. Sometimes some ppl might have some good topic to "gossip" around, or some other ppl prefer to play some board game that require less ppl.
