My advice: send him to the edge, and gently kick the fuck out of his back. To do this you will need to recruit 3-4 of your friends and/or whoever you like to commit crimes with. You will also need some materials.

First, you need your hippy friend to find some form of hallucinogen... mushrooms preferably since it will be easier to administer. You will need several obama masks and business suits to fit said friends. You will also need something to knock him out. Preferably a blow gun with an injector tip filled with a horse tranquilizer. I wont tell you how to get it, but i will tell you that you can get it at any equine vets office, and they are pretty lax about security, not near as bad as a regular pharmacy. Lastly you will need the girl or your gay friend to obtain some make up, skin paint etc, i dont know how it works, but your limp wristed friend will.

You invite your brother to come "hang out" or whatever you kids call getting fucked up these days. The hallucinogens are to be administered first, pizza? or will he take them willingly? you figure it out, i dont know your brother, nor do i want to. Now, the night must be FILLED absolutely FILLED with the subject of interest that you desire to remove, his conspiracy. At the height of his fiery speech that he will undoubtedly be giving at some point in the night, this is the time to strike. Position friend1 and friend2 to come from the kitchen wearing obama masks and suits. He will be distracted at this point. Now your ninja friend should come from the living room... oh you dont have a ninja friend? how sad for you... he should be coming with the blow gun and plant a shot on his neck, putting him under. At this point the magic begins, get the make up artist going, help out tho as your brother will be limp and it may be difficult to move him. Once he has a fair enough coating of melato skin coloring and slightly larger ears, start prepping the rest of your members. Everyone should be wearing their mask and suit when he comes to, except you. You are the shining light in his world of social despair. When he wakes he will be greeted with an army of obamas, all chanting and throwing money at homeless people(drugs do this, all they really need to do is stand there). At this point youll need to tackle and tranquilize him again because, if he isnt already, he will get violent, and might need sedation. Not really sure what this will do to a person, but you should get some result, better than doing nothing right?
