Besides the obvious updates (Swift/Velo, PCC), he's geared about as good as it gets without Salvage/HNM upgrades. (Unless his Mirke isn't augmented for accuracy.)

As for back pieces, I carry Cheviot for idle, Pantin for DD, Boxer's for Ichi/Ni recast, and Rainbow for Spiritweaver frame. Only thing I want is an MP cape, which isn't worth the gil to me. So realistically, seeing the rest of his gear, Beleicose is his best option.

DRG has Accuracy Bonus II, yo. They don't need no stinking accuracy.

Seriously =/ I just had a party last night where some DRG was claiming exactly that. She was totally only using SH at 75 because her skill was uncapped, and was ditching it once it was because, well, she's Mithra, man! Mithra DEX and DRG JTs mean you never need acc! Her race was also her justification for using Pallas on Pentas =/ "Mithra can afford to lose a little DEX!". I swear to god, it's like an Elvaan SAM rocking STR-10 on WS because "They have Str to spare as Elvaan!".

I made that comparison and she promptly stfu. Still pissed me off, though.

If I recall correctly, Apathy was looking to sell the GKT they got off of their last PW. Maybe that's the same one? As for the necklace, I'm not quite sure what you're getting at. Using that particular GKT, PCC may not be the best choice for the slot. I'd be using JTorque there, personally.

100% Zanshin allows you to effectively break the accuracy cap, and artificially raises your accuracy by a ridiculous amount when it's below cap. Someone with 50% acc getting 100% Zanshin will effectively be brought to 75% Acc. Spike neck is... weird. But not sure what else he'd put there if he didn't have a JTorque, and it's certainly cheaper than a semi-useless Chiv Chain.
