So I'm kiting kirin on NIN/DRK after a pretty bad Astral Flow, and I manage to land Bind. Unfortunatly, I manage to bind him in the middle of a group of people resting, so he diverts his attention to the people who are within his range because he's bound.

He then procedes to kill 4 people... the 3 here and one just off the screen.

Funny thing was, that the Bind lasted about 30-40seconds, lololol.

It's dependent on how much enmity you've built. If you were to use it as soon as the fight started you'd do ~100. He's doing that much because he has capped. It will always do that much unless you are fighting Cerb, then it does almost 1k.
