I guess this Tottoro's LS was going to do some event, where LS would provide medicine for whole LS. Their distribution for medicine was bazaaring all for 1g per piece at entrance of event. So this Tottoro bought all medicines and resell them at AH.

Pretty much like this, it's harder to read because of the auto-translates being in Japanese, but it says that he would buy medicines out of peoples' bazaars for 1G at Einherjar and then resell them for money.
