can't provide screen shots atm, but tonight in xarcabard...

we're farming the zone for AF's as normal, and end with getting the shard and animated dagger item to finish a members relic (everything else complete, stage 4, 10,000 bynes)

luckily interupt warp a couple of times on the dagger, get a lucky kill, sac'd mobs return and kill us, thf has lotted the item.

then.... someone buys his glass "by accident" he's ejected from the run, item lost, nomandau4him.

i don't know what to say, i swapped out of my dynamis shell immediately so i don't know what was said or done. it's three weeks till our next xarca(assuming no maints) it's one hell of a long wait to finish

Regarding the whole 'accident' thing there was a lot of confusion in the linkshell at the time, mobs everywhere, people wiping etc but despite leaders shouting don't buy glasses (well I say leaders..) somehow it was still bought. Mistarget? Maybe. On purpose? Who knows.. Either way, a shitty thing to happen to such a nice guy.

Should just get members who you know won't afk
(unless it's an emergency, and they should drop glass anyway if it's near the end), and if they're questionable stick them in a pt with a blm and never give them leader! Instead of having the buy glasses option, I mean.

I don't know why people worry about passing in Dynamis unless it's seriously less than a minute left. You can always logout if there's less than 5 minutes left so you're the last person to enter the zone.

That truly sucks about the Mandau though. I'd have to totally call bullshit on someone claiming it's an "accident" too.

Don't think people were worried about passing, it was the fact that a train of demons suddenly descended upon us and people were running away. THF got the lot in before he got flattened thankfully, but people were dying, people yelling drop glass/buy glass, though leaders at that point warned not to buy glasses. Someone bought THF's glass and I'm not sure what happened with getting him back in, think there was a lack of a raise outside or something, either that or the glass mule had been logged off. Not really sure what happened regarding that since I was dead somewhere near DL O-o;
