Glitch?

Im not sure whats up, but whenever I rest and open my inventory screen my character gets Quickening "movement speed" for no reason. I cant figure out why its doing it, and I'd hate to get banned for something I cant control. I'm using nothing but windower. Soon as I fight a mob it goes away, then comes right back when I rest.

Any ideas?

It happens because of the event currently going on. You're fine, nothing wrong.
