It's most likely a trap, or Konami taking a page from Valve and trolling a little for the hell of it to stir up more user interest.
Regarding the 80gb comment, last I checked, MGS4 was 36gb some in size, which could be lowered a fair bit by re-encoding the ingame FMVs (yes, there were a couple, primarily those epicly long cutscenes that had no load-times inbetween sections where you couldn't use the zoom-in function on, and those ones where you start a new game), and it could easily be seperated into 8.7gb portions {dual-layered DVD} per Act, meaning at most, the game would be 5 DVDs per Act (a non-annoying section to swap discs on), and MGO could be on a seperate 6th disc, or that Konami could just exclude that portion of the content since Microsoft is anal about companies using their own servers/services to run their online titles anyway (and for good reason given Konami's dual password/account system needed for MGO -.- )
Anyhow, it can't be MGS5, too early, and if you ask me, I'm betting 5 has something to do with the game itself rather than it being a sequential game. Along the same lines of Left4Dead.
