i have to agree, living in the northeast is quite nice in terms of natural events, really the worst thing you'll see is an ice storm and those only roll around once every ten years or so

Last night I was doing Nyzul with Nitsuj, and he said "AFK Earthquake". That shit is crazy. I used to be scared of Tornadoes when I lived in DFW, but I would at least get a warning before one would possibly happen.

I was standing in line for food at a restaurant when it hit. Lady in front of me -- fancy tank top, short shorts, $300 tortoise sunglasses (at night), etc. -- freaked out, and asked me like three times in a row if that was an earthquake. I repeatedly told her that yes, it was, there weren't any semi-trailers around, and the shaking was too significant for it to have been that, anyway.

Meanwhile, a crazy homeless guy to the left of us was bitching about everyone in the room being pussies and full of shit, as according to him, there's no way that was an earthquake, because he'd experienced far worse. Then he took some cheap food he'd paid for, literally ducked down, and made his way out of the restaurant hurriedly.

That's Los Angeles for you.
