Internet Slowed

Recently (past couple of days) the internet has been really laggy at my place for some reason, nothing has changed and at first I thought it was maybe just one of the roommates running torrents during the day like an asshole or something but turns out that's not it.

I can't really figure out what's wrong, and it's not just my computer that's laggy, my XBox also has basically stopped being able to do just about anything online now and it's starting to get annoying.

I've reset/power cycled the router a few times and tried using various cat5 cables to see if that was the problem but so far nothing has fixed it.

Any help appreciated tech.
