1. Don't need enhancing earring. There is no functional difference between 301 and 304 skill, the tier is at 300 (for phalanx and enspells). But you probably have it from WHM.
2. Raven bracers are nice for -enm on cures.

1. Correct, I have it from WHM. Gets tempting to sell since it's 300k on my server, but yeah, I use it on WHM, so not happening at the moment.
2. Still have those from earlier levels of RDM EXP (I'd carry full Raven set around, just because I hated getting hate from having to spam cures on retarded DDs).

Pretty nice RDM there.
There is always some more HQ options to work on but looking at your RDM I guess you get and HQ everything you can soon enough.

You can also macro Cures to start in AF Head (also relic body) then change to Crow/Raven/Goliard pieces after it has started to cast.

I do that all the time with AF hat and Loquac. Earring (also do it on WHM with Cure Clogs, etc), it's a habit. I don't have relic body yet, but plan to do that with that as well.

I don't even really have room for stuff like Raven gear, lol. I try to balance in some Enm- with what I have but normally I just strap on some PDT- and make sure I'm not moving the mob away from the melees like a jerk if I pull hate.

I need spell interruption gear just as much as I need hMP gear, or Nuke gear, for instance, or hmp gear for that matter (actually I rarely ever rest on rdm).

- salvage pulling. You won't be able to time your stoneskin because by the time mobs are debuffed you are dead.

I don't do salvage, so I won't comment on this point.

Obviously? Why would you need it in particular for dynamis? If you're being mobbed that badly you're probably wiping, and there are surely other rdm/blms and blms around.

- Random bcnm, for example duoing KSN30 ods or royal ramble. I can kite the King indefinately thanks to not being interrupted on stoneskin/blink.

I will concede this point but to call spell interruption sets as essential as hMP sets when it's used in VERY niche situations is a bit ...

If you stop to cast Stoneskin or whatever, spell interruption or not, you're going to take a lot of damage in these situations. If you are not, then the spell interruption is serving no purpose anyway.

Some rdm out there do other stuff than e-peening their haste cycles for lolibris.

Same lol, I got bored doing Sky NMs for a while so I quit doing them, after a bit I realized that unless I get a lucky ENM drop(read: yarite) I'm pretty much incapable of making gil without them

I seriously don't remember the last time I had a spell interrupted(other than Aquaveil, o ye irony) in Dynamis, and I am always the main crowd control person at our runs. I make sure to not stand directly next to shit I just slept and I always have more than ample time to get off my spells without being mobbed in between forcing HF on the MNK mobs.

My LS has no problem bringing no brd in salvage, apprently not everyone can though.

If your brds have to be told to pull in salvage - get a new brd.

Pulling gears, lamias and w/e else is now second nature. I just do it. And I am able to keep songs on and help heal. It's not hard I promise.

Farming SSR or Ramparts is fine with no support, but I'd love to see BR or AR boss done with 7-8 and no BRD.

Putting aside the massive improvements in kill speeds from bards buffs, mp management from ballads and being able to actually rest on rdm instead of pull, and extra sleep...

Why would anyone justify not having elegy in Salvage, especially on bosses.
