This person joined ls like 3months ago, and asked me for gil to buy a witch sash, that he would return it in a week.Like a week ago he leaves ls becouse aparently when i was taking a break ls was low on blms and he couldnt handle to "do his job" in dynamis, and left w-o saying a word.In this time he got gears like everyone else as well,and still no sign of the money he owe.

After 4 days of spaming him by me and the leads, becouse he joined another ls, he finally decides to answeer me.He comes with the excuse that blms werent doing their job while i was gone , funy thin since at all times i been at dyna with him eighter falls asleep or i have to scream at him to do his job correctly.

This is fine, everyone is free to go whatever it pleases, but when i ask to give the gil back, he says i have to wait,that i have no choice but to wait, when he haves enough means to pay it .I look at FFXIAH a bit angry how much he bought since that day ,and i tell him to give me the sash, ill give him a penitent, and he can keep the gil diference,then he tells me a bunch of bs and in other word fuck of,that he pay whenever he whants, pissed of and greatly disapointed i told him to keep the stupid 2mill then , if he whants to ruin his reputation becouse such small ammount, thats fine with me.

So just a word of advice before u give this guy somethin, u better sit and wait long. By long i mean Never.

I know you want your gil back, but I'm not sure if this warrants a player warning ... this guy hops linkshells all the time, probably not the best call on your part loaning to him. :/

Yea is my fault for loaning the gil, i am fully aware of that.
But next time could be somethin else,somethin worth more, so i tought at least people could be warned bout it.
And i can get some steam of me , couse it really pisses me of.

That person posts reasonably often in Allakazham, and I am a little surprised this happened. He seems to always have issues to find the right LS he can go for events.

For his defense, even he appears to have bought a lot of things on FFXIAH, most of them are low priced items, but he did sell some high priced items as well. He did appears to be in black in gil budget after witch sash, but far from enough to pay back yet. But buying a 550k (overrated) elemental earring when owing gil was odd.

I have borrowed gil and Imperial Wootz Ingot in the past, my aim is always to pay back in 2 weeks. I am also sometimes go Fuhrer to make people to pay me back

In addition to "dont share your account details with people who's legs are not within breaking distance", I'd also say don't lend money to people who are not within punching distance.

When exactly did you loan him the gil? People are bringing up stuff like Elemental Earring that was bought on 4/20. It's uh...May 19th, almost a month afterwards. If you lent him the gil *after* that, his AH history is not looking like he has tons of money.

Also, you told him to "keep the stupid 2 mil." Perhaps that was a stupid thing to say, no?

But, I've had a couple of run ins with this guy. He royally fucked up a couple of Nyzul runs, but that's kind of lol on the drama scale.

Dude if it even was my money i wouldnt care , but was of the bank, and he was aware of this and left, and is why i was angry , i just payed it myself of my gil and moved on . Did you completely skip over the part where I said Dominus is a piece of shit for not paying him back? Or the part where I called him a shitbag, twice even? I never said it let him off the hook, what I said was "Shitbags use that to let themselves out of the deal." That is their way of rationalizing things. The simple fact the OP said "keep the stupid 2 mil" basically guarantees he will NEVER see that money ever again.

Player warnings have been posted about people who owe someone money, and some douchebags that originally went back on a deal have come around and paid those people back to protect their reputation, however damaged it is/was.

I never said the player warning was invalid. It's very valid. I simply told the OP to watch what he says next time around. (Hopefully there isn't a next time around but who knows?)
