I work with a non-profit organization that rehabs people with various mental and physical handicaps. There's just a handful of staff members who pretty much run different sectors of the company, ultimately controlled by a board of directors. I run inventory control/logistics/customer relations/production standard studies. I have 3 guys who work directly under me, which sucks, because the other staff members have more than one. It's a gratifying job, even though I'm not in the office or production area too often. It's fun and pretty lax.
