Aside from the fact that Kratos sounds perpetually bored -- "near-emotionless" does not equal "boring drone" when it comes to proper voice acting -- and Colette deserved a strangling, it is indeed exceptional by domestic dubbing standards.

I wouldn't say that makes it quality, but people who regularly enjoy dubbed media tend to have a skewed perception of what is "good" and "bad" voice acting. It's undeniably part of the reason that anime dub fans are among the worst nerds the following has, and should be avoided at all costs.

Colette's voice kinda fit with the kind of character she was... it really did.
