So apparently my mother's place of business recently had their phone services hijacked while making long distance calls to anything outside of the immediate area code. When the phone call is placed an automated message from Verizon pops up saying you need to call the following number in order to connect 10 15 15 800 do not enter this number. It allows a business by the name of OAN Services to hijack the line and charges your account for it. Heres a link to a more indepth explanation. But if you see OAN Services on your phonebill, call Verizon and fight it.

Originally this company began doing this two years ago and then vanished. Now they're back pulling the same scam.
