The show is very predictable, however i liked it.

It felt kind of like they were trying to cram a lot into the one episode- here are all these characters and here are all of their complex relationships. That said, it was still pretty fun, and I can see it having potential. The only trick will be remembering to watch it when it comes back in the Fall.

Yeah it was kinda crammed, but I just thought of it as them trying to set up all the main characters. I'm a little more lax on cramming things into a pilot of a show than say...a movie.

It was a good pilot, but honestly the previews didn't look that great to me. The pilot really could have done without the pregnancy thing being shot down almost immediately.

The relentless previews pissed me off, I hate the show and that's all I've seen of it. Plus it seemed like the punchline to "You think this is hard...try blah blah blah" would change every three previews. Is that just a canned running gag in the show or did they keep editing it to make it 'funnier?'

Ep 2 was on yesterday which is pretty good timing since I only watched the pilot the day before.

Comparing this episode with the pilot, the singing looked too lip synced and the songs didn't have the nostalgia that Don't Stop Believing had.

I'll watch a few more, but it better get more interesting.

Was last night not the series premiere? I DvR'd it, but dissapointed to hear that it was "ok" at best.

Seems like they didn't repeat the [5/09] Pilot and called yesterday's episode the Season premiere.... way2goFox

i saw some old white guy singing gold digger and it was awful lip syncing and i was like fuck this noise. you guys should have been watching something awesome instead

They aired an extended directors cut version of the pilot twice last week and there were commercials all over for it.

I don't get why the have to edit Lea Michele's voice so much, her voice is almost always flawless...

I think the comedy elements work better than when they try for a more drama feel.

Caught up w/ the first 3 episodes and the show is enjoyable. It's not compelling TV or anything, but it's fun to watch. What makes the show strong is that it doesn't take itself too seriously, though I can see the random song/dance breakout's getting annoying. It's the same formula Flight of the Concords uses, they just do it much better (imo)
