New season started 2 weeks ago. Its a little weird... may just be Rachael's new hair though.
Mr. Shue was definitely a little creepy in the last episode (reminded me a Rachael in last season's "hot for teacher" episode)

So, watching this for a couple of episodes this season I realized I judged it to hard the first go around. It's not meant to be taken seriously at all, the plot is just a framework for the musical numbers. Doesn't help that this season seems much more tongue in cheek than last. (Lol at the paparazzi kid asking Mr Shou "You realize your song list looks like it came from a drag queens Ipod?")
Grilled Cheezus, nuff said.
I'm begining to think they are starting to write this as a bit daytime soap-ish, im waiting for the episode where someone gets amnesia for this to be confirmed though.
I think the show has gone down hill since the start of Season 1.5. They did so well during the first 1/2 of S1 that they thought what everyone wanted to see was only the musical numbers, when, to me, it was the mix of music and comedy/drama that made each episode so good (also made those 2-4 musical routines each episode stand out more and be more unique/special). Now each episode is just an excuse to toss in as many musical numbers as possible, w/ have also gone down hill since the need to regulate each episodes budget to accommodate all the surplus routines.
I will say the Brittney episode was good though, leaps and bounds better then the Madonna overload
"When I pray I fall asleep" from the last episode was hilarious.
This season there seems to be twice as many musical numbers, i think its probably to rake in the profits by selling CDs and songs on iTunes.
This season's not impressing me to be honest - I was thinking similar.
last episode was Awsome. the umbrella/singing in the rain mix was great, so was Gwyneth Paltrow
I'm really starting to hate these mash ups, but I guess it's just me.
Also, fucking lol at the censored version of fuck you
I still don't think anything tops the Journey mashup from the season 1 finale.
Liked the Gwyneth episode, sorta liked the Rocky Horror one but they've gone way way too celeb heavy this series as a general rule and it's taken far too long to get going with it all. Did like the rain/umbrella mashup though.
Haven't they been doing like one mashup every episode? shit is getting old.
Also, celebrities don't mean shit when you don't know shit about celebrities, I guess that's probably one of the reasons I didn't like that episode much.
Only thing that I really like going this season is Kurt finally getting some real attention.
The part in the episode with teenage dream was so daaaaaw(
BUMPING THE SHIT OUT OF THIS
Tuesday's ep was so tight. Also last weeks. Lord Tubbington is the man. Season 2 has pummeled season 1 as far as I am concerned. Blaine is the motherfucking boss of all bosses
I dunno. While I like the Kurt/Blaine situation, I hated that the writers decided to have a storyline which basically showed that nearly a whole school hates gay people or just Kurt in general. Are people still like that these days? If I were gay and at that school I think I'd transfer out as soon as humanly possible.
I also think the Rachel/Finn thing has gone on too long. Get over him, woman! That song she sang at the prom was a tad inappropriate for the setting.
I did not like last night's episode.
Was so shocked by that, lol
A friend of mine has this show DVRed at my house since she doesn't have Cable or Internet Access and was over last night watching a bunch of episodes, and the Unpretty/I Feel Pretty mix was impressive. Tried watching an episode near the end of the night and found the plot unfathomable and the show pretty much unwatchable other than some impressive musical numbers.
