among other things the language states, it also clearly indicates that SE does not acknowledge your character, your ingame items, or any investment of time or energy anything that you "own" in a legal sense and can not be sued or through any other legal mechanism made to take any action on your character data that they do not do of their own free will. while a portion of the language may indeed preclude the use of any of their models or otherwise for commercial purposes, the above statement regarding property rights is also made abundantly clear.

Wow, that's rough. I guess it varies from server to server based on how crowded it is. On Midgard, there's rarely issues over camped low level areas.

I'm gonna assume it was more than 1 person that blew the whistle on you though.

We were astral burning a few weeks ago and some shithook dipfuck named "Breakfast" (or some other dumbass name) showed up and kept killing our mobs. We asked him politely for a while to stop. We asked it he was farming something, because we wouldn't pull what he was farming. He said some smartass shit, and I GM'd him. The GM flat out stated that because the mobs were technically unclaimed that normally, he wouldn't be able to do anything about it. However, he said that this was not a normal circumstance and that he'd look into the claim of griefing. It was late and our train was destroyed, so we called it a night. I don't know what happened with the GM call. Don't really care either.

It's just a matter of who blinks first. If you're overpulling a zone and someone else has a legitimate claim to be there killing things and you don't resolve the issue with them, you're wrong. If they are fucking with your shit just to be a cock knocker, then they're wrong.
