They really do look better than the tripe you see on every other forum where the creator followed the "HOW TO MAKE AN ABSTRACT GRUNGE SIG v251" guide. Back when I actually used to fuck about and make stuff in Photoshop I was always just trying to do interesting shit rather than trying to get good at making the overdone abstract styles. I was always terrible at vector stuff though, not really sure why, could just never plan out a decent design with it.

I dunno why but as of late I've really liked "simple is best" type shit. Even in the website and program stuff I'm doing right now its all very simple looking.

And I've always been pretty good with vectors. I actually dont plan out anything, I just sort of go with what I think would look good. Its pretty simple to do stuff like in these sigs. Draw one line, clone it, resize it down a little bit and move it off to the left = a line that looks decent.

But with that being said, there are tons of awesome photoshop brushes out there that will do this shit for you.

I really haven't used Photoshop for much outside of simple editing for years, and I've gone through 2 new computers since then, my current brush list is amazing.
