Hey have you even learned Marches? Also you should be using Instruments like piccolos and horns. According to my information net you can get a combined 20% Haste from stacking March songs with March equipment. Add in the white magic Haste for another 15% and 23% in Haste equipment and you'd get 58% haste which raises your attack speed by 1.48 times!! My pride as the fastest in Gensokyo won't let me overlook the facts. If you can produce 1.48 times faster speeds with stacking Minuets or mixing Minuet and March then I'd sure like to see it!
