Well, the only thing that usually goes on in IAS is just a bunch of people cracking jokes and having a good time.
Can't see how anyone would feel hurt, possibly left out due to the fact that they aren't in on it... but other than that, nothing comes to mind.

IAS is essentially Isla's forum for her Cait Sith buddies and a couple of other cats. I see no problem with it aside from the raging ego that led to the forum in the first place.
