Pretty sure the tree pics are just progress of the job. My family runs a tree/landscape service, and nothing sticks out as odd to me. I would have piecemealed the top rather than just fell it since it's so close to a house, but it just looks like a normal job, no need to look too much into it, unless ive completly missed something.
