I read an article about her last week. She took a shotgun blast to the face which destroyed most of her flesh and bone structure. The new face came from a cadaver, but they added an excess of skin to cover any rejection that might occur. As time passes, her doctors will trim off the excess, in the vein of a 'traditional' face lift. She may look like nightmare fuel in the first pic, but man, what a will to live she must have had.
