As said though, although a remake they will most likely try to add their own twist and branch off from being a straight remake. Having the characters be surprised is a lot less important then having the viewers be surprised. Rather then stringing us along with something we already know, might as well get that out of the way and hit us with something we don't.

Personally I liked the pacing and would've been one of those bitching if they hadn't made the revelation quickly.

That's exactly how I feel about it. Waiting for new stuff to happen, I'm glad they got all the stuff we know already out of the way. Would have been fucking boring to watch a mystery to which we know the answer to already.

So how are they spinning her partner thing. Was he a V all along or did he take over the body when she went inside the warehouse.

He's always been a V, he's one of the sleeper agents. They have been here for years stirring stuff up, and he was in the FBI to be sure the shit they were stirring stayed stirred. The groups they were chasing in the first half the first episode kept getting warned - by him. Some of the agents "went native" like the Black dude with the fiancee, but some stayed loyal, like Wash.

They said they've got a cloned layer of human skin. So it seems to me they would look like themselves, just human instead of scaly. The reason forensic science type people can recreate a face from a skull is because it's the bone that makes your face shape, not your skin. So they don't have a mask that looks like person A, and another that looks like person B. They just have a human skin, which they have to maintain.

Its good, though the line where they said "You mean they want to provide UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE" made me facepalm, it felt like a line they added in to make sure their show was super topical. I also yelled when Wash died.

Kind of like how FlashForward has an interracial couple and a lesbian couple? <_<

It honestly felt like NOTHING happened this episode. More commercials than content.

They really seem to be trying too hard to draw this out. Espionage and intrigue are nice and all but the only action in the EP was flash back and to be fucking honest I don't give two shits about the character development for Emo McFagtor (the kid.)

I didn't like this at all, thought the cgi was bad, the acting was bad, the writing was bad... idk doesn't seem like something I could get into. But, I also detest Lost and well, most shows lol. I'll give this another episode or 2. I really only liked the black guy cause he's black and will probably die at some point, however I didn't like how expected it was for him to just randomly show up at the meeting.

Juliet is awesome. Her son is a stupid character and hopefully he gets killed off early on. That would make Juliet even more awesome.

I like the priest guy. I think he's hot. That means I'm going to hell, right?

This episode was a bit slow but the black dude had a lot of interesting stuff going on. I just want to know why Angelo just drugged him and left. It would have solved his problem much easier to kill him when he was out and doesn't do much for him to just run away for the couple of hours he was gone.

That scene confused me too. I thought the mechanic knocked the black guy out so he could move his operation somewhere else while he was unconscious. Instead, he just knocked him out to... what? Go get lunch?

I don't feel like anything progressed in this episode except the reporter's relationship with Anna and introducing the mechanic as the black guy's link to the V underground.

I figured he knocked him out to get out of there if Ryan? was followed or had someone trailing him. That's one of those things that makes sense in the moment but not looking back at it.

He knocked him out so he could do a background check to make sure he wasn't working for the V's. He said that while talking to the black dude on the phone

Why did he have to be unconscious for that? The black guy seems reasonable to me, couldn't the mechanic just say "I'm going to check out your story, wait here?"
