This episode started slow, and was boring like I haven't liked about the others, but then made up for it around 30minutes in and started getting better. That was the turnaround and speeding up I was hoping for, I actually gained more interest tonight.

Ok guess I'll be realistic and stop making up shit, I only liked the episode more because of the blonde V chick in her underwear. If I stick around its because of want.

The shooter ploy was so obvious it was stupid. So was the "I've got names and phone numbers in the back" ploy.

The V doctor was cool though. Is he John May?

I think Tyler is still a douchebag. He has to be about 17. If he were older he'd be at university (seems likely given his background) and if he were younger his mother would probably have a heavier thumb down on him.

Did anyone else lose sound for one entire section of the show? The music was playing but we couldn't make out the voices. We had to put the closed captains on.

Didn't happen for me but ABC has had that problem many times in the past for me. More importantly it happened three times last season of Lost, went entire episodes without voices, just the suspenseful music in the background. Seriously, I can not remember ever raging as hard as I did during Lost last season.

Why can 'Lost' get away with massive breaks between seasons and even massive breaks mid-season, but other shows just aren't able to pull that off successfully? I can think of several new sci-fi shows in the last couple of years that went that 'huge break' route and failed completely.

BSG and Fringe have both survived huge mid-season breaks, but regardless of whether a show can mange it, I don't think it ever actually helps viewership.

This weeks episode definitely was an improvement over last week. It just sucks that they only have 4 episodes to set themselves up for a 3 month break. That long of a break may kill what chance it has to get really popular. That being said, there were some nice little tidbits from this episode...

Like that Lisa is Anna's daughter. I didnt see that one coming and it makes the whole Erica-Tyler dynamic even more complicated. And the mention from Cyrus about "The Bliss" helps put into perspective the rather spacey attitude that most of the V's tend to have.

I must say though, I wasnt the hugest fan of Lisa... until we got to see some skin. I could see my dad in that situation. "Finish up before your mother gets home."

Solid episode. It definitely improved on the last one. It's nice to see touches from the old canon and things starting to come together.

Anna's gotta be some kind of hive queen, like the buggers from Ender's Game. She doesn't seem to be having babies though. Perhaps she's a projection or something.

Someone really called it earlier that they'd breed Tyler, a human to the blonde chick, a V. Too bad he's such a douchebag. He'll have little douchebag half-human babies.

I liked how in the episode, when the fbi was chasing down the guy into the building shes like "hes a male with brown hair" and then there were like 30 v's in the room all with brown hair...

and yet the blonde chick is, blonde.

I was also assuming Anna is more of a queen, or mother to all of them... There was something else I saw somewhere on tv or in a game where everyone called the leader "mother"... but then again she could just be the ones mother. Remember, they are reptiles... lots of eggs!
