Anytime, as I mentioned though. If you have small pores or rough skin to where you can handle the oils. It will work wonders for a quick, slick shave. (My dad personally uses it, hes much older than me though).

I use a first generation Arcitec, newer ones may be lighter, or have newer option on them standard. But I've never heard any different from a review on them. Since they all use the same blade sets.

I personally clean mine each time I shave (I have to shave every 3 days to prevent irritation & ingrown hair problems). Cleaning for me consists of rinsing, brushing & polishing the blades.
