Does satchel size increase after cancelling token?

Couldnt' find this in the advanced sticky and can't post in advanced yet.. so posting here.

If I cancel the token, I know I keep the satchel, but if its at 70 right now (since inv is 70), will it also grow to 80 when completing gobbiebags 9 and 10?

Just double checking, but no where in the FAQ linked above is there an answer to my question. Perhaps I stated it incorrectly.

Scenario:
1- buy token
2- link pol to se account and activate token
3- get satchel *** BUT I only have 70 inv space
4- satchel is 70
5- cancel token while I still only have 70
Question:
At some point later in life, I upgrade gobbie 9 and 10, now inv is 80. Will satchel become 80?

Apologies and thanks if the 'yes' in the prior post was in regards to this question. I simply question it again because I was told to RE-read the FAQ which was explicitly mentioned in OP that the information was not available.
