Agree 100%, it's nice to see this side of Jesse. Almost feels like Michael Westen without a filter, I dig it. Also, let's remember that the bomb guy was going to blow shit up when the police breached, killing more people, so really Jesse saved lives and tidied up at the same time.

Also, re-watching the episode right now, Jesse says at the beginning when he agrees to help Michael find the NOC list that he's doing it "because it's the right thing to do, and because I want a say in what we do with it." Guarantee you his "say" his going to be pretty different from Sam/Mike/Fi's. Maybe he'll steal it and try and turn it in in exchange for his job back or something. Should be interesting. Again, I like new Jesse.
