Wow this show needs to win some awards already. This last episode was fucking awesome.

I think this show has always been better than LOST. LOST started out good, but after the 3rd season, it just kept getting worse. Someone could argue that nothing really happens in Burn Notice 'til like the last 2 episodes of a season, but I think it keeps being interesting with the way Michael plays other people to get what he needs.
Can't wait 'til the summer though. Was that guy at the end William Macy, or just someone that looks like him?
It was Dylan Baker. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dylan_Baker
Holy fuck, not even 15min into the season finale and already mind = blown.
I would love to see michael back in the agency going around doing actual ops, not just side jobs..
but only if fiona and sam were with him, I dont think i could watch it w/o them
I'd guess that they let him take care of the people that burned him, but without official backing? Like off the books, but with their support. Like they know he didn't do what he was accused of, but they couldn't do anything official until they knew who was behind him getting burned?
Would be the best way to keep the story going with Fiona, Sam, and others, that I can think of atm.
Can somebody give me a rundown on what happened at the beginning of season 4. Just finished catching up on season three. Ended with him in a room alone after saving management from Simon.
Spoiler: show
Always wondered how Michael burned him. Good to know lol thx
And man after watching the first three season finales. Yeah none come close to the season 4 finale. The ending with Carla was good but not quite on par with season 4 finale

Bump. I didn't know Donovan was a director lmao.Directed by Burn Notice frontman Jeffrey Donovan and starring Bruce Campbell, the telepic is set in 2005, as a faction of Colombian rebels makes trouble for the locally stationed military platoon. When Lt. Cmdr. Sam Axe (Campbell) is deployed to check things out, he uncovers some dark secrets of the area and, in turn, learns hard lessons about deception and sacrifice.
Burn Notice Prequel Starring Bruce Campbell Is A Go; Jeffrey Donovan To Direct
As this backstory gets underway, TVLine has learned, Chandra West (The Gates, pictured above right) will play Donna, a sexy and fun woman Sam has recently started seeing.
Then, as the action moves to Colombia, RonReaco Lee (The Good Guys) turns up as Dr. Ben Delaney, a field medic who runs a non-profit clinic and now finds himself fending off terrorists. Similarly, Kiele Sanchez (Lost, above left) plays a humanitarian with a food relief effort who has a hard time trusting soldiers — Sam included.
Lastly, our Sam needs someone to report to during the ordeal. That responsibility falls to John Diehl (Stargate) as Rear Admiral Lawrence, a no-nonsense Naval Officer who will stop at nothing to get to the bottom of things.
The two-hour Burn Notice prequel movie is due to air on USA Network sometime this spring. Donovan is directing a script by series creator Matt Nix, and Nix, Donovan and Campbell are all serving as executive producers. Producer Aaron Ginsburg has been blogging stories, funny anecdotes and photos from the shoot to date.
It's not uncommon for actors who've been staple in a series to do directing for an episode or two.
Needless to say, I await this.
.
I can't image being directed by someone you co-star with on other episodes. Maybe he's a good director, but I could see it causing problems.
I am excite for the movie though. Its not set too far ahead of where the series started, but it'll be interesting to see how Sam ended up where he is. I thought Sam was kinda older though, but I guess he prolly isn't a SEAL in the movie, just Navy.
Once a SEAL, always a SEAL. I've heard that from a friend I went to middle school/high school with, who ended up becoming a SEAL. He said that it's funny, everyone thinks all the SEALs are like 6'4 220 but he said on average it's more like 5'10/5'11 160-180 lbs.
I know it's a prequel but I'm not sure how far in the past it's supposed to be set.
Watching that marathon yesterday was a blast.. until the end when they reminded us that there's no new episodes until summer!
