He's going to get out through some planned/Weston-esque escape, then he's going to kill Pearce "for" Mike, but Mike will never forgive him for it so they'll never get along and Weston will have to take him down.

This. Didn't really like her character, but being in bikinis half the show was awesome.

The relationship stuff between Fi and Michael is starting to get old, and since Michael disappears at the end of every season, I'm sure something will happen between them. I gotta say, I wasn't expecting Pearce to be in the loft, or to have found anything that showed Michael being near the crime scene. I don't know why she assumed it was him though just because he drove by that day at that time, but whatever.

I worry (for her sake) that Charisma Carpenter may be kind of saddled with "rich vapid heiress"-esque roles, if for no other reason than her looks and time on Buffy.

And the bit that gets me is that Pearce works for the CIA, she works with spies, she knows the spy game... is she seriously thinking Michael is guilty without even the slightest possibility of a set-up? I mean, once gain... spies.

She has more than enough reasons to suspect Michael of foul play. He was burned once before for doing bad shit and he's currently the "go to guy" for doing "off the books" ops. You typically do not trust someone with that as their background/reputation.

Not to mention he lied and purposely misled her investigation. He had good reason but that's not really the point.

You guys make good points. I think she should trust Michael because of the effort he put in with Max to get back in, but she should also realize it could be a setup. Even his burn was setup by Management, which he took down in that online comic I think. I can't say I'm worried because he'll definitely get out, just curious on how it'll go down.
