Shitty finale.. wow
Spoiler: show
Liked the episode but I think they made the ending too obvious to figure out. Usually the last 5 mins or so of a burn notice season finale are totally out of left field. Anyhow, does this mean we'll get to see more of that chick who was the female terminator? I wouldn't mind seeing her on the show more often![]()
How has this season been overall? I got kinda tired of the random episode no straight story line kinda deal.
to be fair that's every USA show ever. big polt movement, random proceduralish shit with sometimes small plot movement, big movement finale.
Spoiler: show
the "I'm so sorry." did seem a bit... peculiar
It felt a lot to me like Fiona masterminded everything and is the real supervillain.
Who knows![]()
Should have ended with michael calling up simon or some shizz.
Michael would've had to bust Simon out of Guantanamo. Though I admit busting Simon out and say "There's Anson, git 'im boy!" Would have been some sick shit.

Spoiler: show
How many people have they helped escape the country over the past seasons? Yet they couldn't do the same for Fiona? Doesn't make sense anymore. Also I doubt Michael is gonna tell Pierce the whole story. He can't just say "Hey by the way I installed some shit in the CIA database for some douchebag and was about to burn 3 spys because I didn't want my bitch to go away".
I see your reasoning, but to them, there was no choice. Michael would want to go with her if she leaved the country, and he clearly couldn't do that with his current job. Fiona has a lot of enemies over seas, which has to do with why she's in the US anyways (Armond or whatever helped her get out of ireland so she could avoid the people trying to kill her). Being overseas doesn't eliminate anson's threat. She (from the view of the US) bombed an EMBASSY. And it wasn't like it was an african embassy, it is two of the strongest nations in the world (British embassy, US soil). Even if she was in europe, she would have to continue running, unlike other people they helped get away from drug/arms dealers who won't bother committing to find her over seas.
btw MIchael shouldn't have much explaining to do since he told Jessie to destroy the laptop, let's see if that actually happens though. If he uploaded the financial files to just the computer's hard drive then destroying the laptop should be fine, but if he uploaded it to the network obviously he's fucked. but Michael's smart enough to know that, so he wouldn't tell Jessie to destroy the laptop if the files implicating the team were on the network. next season should be interesting.
Spoiler: show
Yeah, at this point there is nothing that is holding Michael back... unless somehow Anson uses his mom as leverage >.>

Burn Notice is putting its opening into the hands of the fans.
The USA show is asking fans to vote on a new title sequence for the upcoming sixth season, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.
Beginning Wednesday, May 9, fans can vote for their favorite main title sequence by going to www.BurnNoticeFanVote.com or Burn Notice's Facebook page, http://facebook.com/burnnotice. Fans will also be able to share their thoughts on the new main titles on USA's www.characterchatter.com. Polling will close on Wednesday, May 23 at noon ET, and the winning choice will be unveiled when Season 6 of Burn Notice premieres on Thursday, June 14 at 9/8c.
Exclusive: Burn Notice beams up Star Trek's Faran Tahir for ruthless role
"It started when we realized that there are two changes we need to make this year: One is adding the character of Jesse to the saga cell and also updating the status of Michael and Fiona's relationship," creator and showrunner Matt Nix tells TVGuide.com of the decision to give the main titles an update. "But then we thought, why don't we look at doing something new and different? That led to more conversations about well, how would people feel about changing it?"
This is not the first time USA has left a show's opening up to the fans. USA's White Collar pulled a similar trick last summer when fans were asked to vote to either keep the new main titles or go back to the original sequence. Thousands of fans voted and the show eventually restored the original main titles. "Jeff [Eastin] and I are friends, but my goal in life is just to do things that he does — but better," Nix says jokingly of the White Collar showrunner, with whom he is engaged in a fake rivalry on Twitter.
USA announces return dates for Burn Notice, Royal Pains and more
"As fans are our most important stakeholders, we love when we can actively engage them in our creative process," Alexandra Shapiro, USA's executive vice president of brand marketing and digital, said in a statement. "Integral to our ongoing social strategy is the ability to not only listen, but hear what our fans are saying — their preferences are increasingly informing how we develop, program and go to market."
