    Spoiler: show
I doubt it's Anson because if Fiona gets killed then he has no leverage over Michael anymore. I'm thinking it's one of those Irish bounty hunters that tried to kidnap her before.

    Spoiler: show
Anson lost his leverage over Michael the moment Fiona turned herself in, if it were a simple matter of holding her hostage while incarcerated, he'd have simply dangled that over Mike's head instead of skipping town. He may be seeking payback against her for just that reason.

It might just be me, but in the last scene with Mike and Co. wrapping up the drug bust, it seemed like Jesse threw Mike an awful salty look.

Jesse got burned because of Mike, then reinstated, then retires, and gets a cushy, well-paid security job, but finds himself staring down gun barrels yet again for Mike's sake. Think he's getting a bit aggravated working with the crew?

Er, I think Jessie wants back in just as much as Mike did. I'd just peg the look on typical afternoon Miami heat.

As a "safe" source of cash, I'm sure he's okay with it, especially after having been burned. But at the same time, his whole revenge schtick would've had its roots in liking his old job, just to have it taken away by means outside his control.

While we're never really told how profitable being a spy and such is, I would assume it at least has access to more resources than your average civilian job. Plus there's the implied safety net where, when Michael lost his, bad guys came looking. Jessie might not have the same caliber enemies, but he may have a few.

Pretty dumb plothole in last nights ep.

They need to get the info away from the dude so he isnt protected by the CIA - if the info is sold to someone else and he doesn't have it = no protection = problem solved anyway so who cares?

    Instead pointless ZOMG ZE RUSSIANS.

Except that they work for the CIA, so presumably they don't want to fuck them over. And wtf would make you think mike would be ok with that, just to get what he wants? Have you never seen this show before?

    About Fiona's story,

    Spoiler: show
I cringed when Fiona and Ayn were setting up the deal. 'Make sure this door is locked with the guards outside and I'll tell you who's trying to kill you.' My first thought was as soon as it happened she'd try to kill Fiona. Glad it didn't go that way at least.

...idk what's not to get. He wasn't going to sell it until he was on his death bed, in which case protection wouldn't have mattered.

I don't think the CIA or Pierce really gave a shit about the son at all, he just existed and could be used as leverage against his father. Son has no power, only way to protect him is to sell the information to the russians and gtfo, because if he held onto it, the CIA would have gotten it and he would be left with nothing. CIA has no idea he was going to sell it.

I would imagine money would be more useful than having to deal with the CIA, for some people.

MAJOR SPOILERS DONT CLICK IF YOU HAVENT SEEN

    Spoiler: show
Okay, Nate's dead and that sucks but I can't say I care too much. But seriously? SERIOUSLY? There's someone ABOVE Ansin? Fucking seriously? Jesus christ. Also, that last scene with Michael and his mom was tough to watch.

I also feel like I should clarify my remark about not caring. Would have been much more impactful if they hadn't basically given it away that Nate was gonna be the one killed in the first third of the episode. He screws up twice during an op, Mike gets mad, sends him away. Was way too obvious.

Michael is gonna kill his way up the ladder until it turns out the president himself burned him, or something dumb. idk.

Argh. I really like this show but the bad guys are like friggin' russian nesting dolls...it's getting very old.

Of course, if you want to know the real ending of the show...the person who is behind it all...is Sam.

They've been trolling a lot this season.
    Spoiler: show
Sam has two close calls and then promos hint someone's dying. My guess was either Jessie or Nate. Episode goes on, suddenly Sam's in a no win situation with Barry and probably could've taken a bullet at one point. Fortunately, he pulls through again.

But yeah, once Mike called Nate, is was pretty much sealed that he was going to be it. Technically, I wouldn't say he fucked up. I doubt anyone would've expected a sniper at the point, especially one that would take out Anson, too. My only beef with this development is that I can't think of any clues that have been dropped prior to indicate who would both know where he was and would want him dead for basically getting caught.

    Spoiler: show
Doesn't really need to be anyone specific. Someone in the CIA probably, since they had dozens of people with them, wouldn't be hard for someone else to get in on that. "thanks for leading me to him, but we couldn't let him be captured. sorry about your brother, that was an accident" that sort of thing.
