It went through anson, and hit nate, i believe. Obviously they were looking for the sniper that shot them.

I'll have to go back and re-watch it but it looked like Anson took a slug through the chest. best guess is Nate was standing a little off to the side of Anson, not directly behind him, and the way the shot was angled it hits Anson dead center, clips Nate pretty good and continues traveling through the wall.

Didn't really care for this ending too much.

Don't get me wrong I absolutely love the show but how many bad guys are they going to take down while discovering a higher one in the process. I'd almost be happier with no burned spy story line and just doing week to week jobs for people.

It was kind of obvious that it would be Nate that would die. "Someone won't make it" is never anyone important. Nate has only been back a couple of episodes as well, so it felt like no impact. It seems odd with how Anson always talked and acted there would be someone above him. Maybe they'll super troll and it will be Larry who killed him.

Could have been anyone that shot anson. Could have been acting alone or for someone either as powerful, more, or less powerful than anson

Eff that, I'm gonna miss Nate. He fit as well as Maddie Weston does.

I liked watching the dynamic between he and Mike and liked watching his (somewhat sporadic) growth since the first season. At his core he was always Michael's silly civilian screwed up kid brother that stayed not knowing what he was getting himself into, trying to tag along and make good, hoping he'd make his older brother proud. I about broke down like a baby between his last words and Mike telling his ma.

I hope they return to an old character rather than introducing someone new.

Well, they never really showed Management (from second season) getting pinched. It's possible he's still out there.




ALSO: did anyone else catch Barry's "boom stick" reference? Though that was chuckle-worthy.

Kinda thought it'd be Maddie when Sam left her at the house alone. Would've made more sense for Michael being extremely pissed off, and wanting revenge. Better than the Fi stuff anyways.

Nate kinda sucked when he came back, I'll be honest. I liked that he was turning into the responsible guy, getting married and starting a legit business, that Michael had to depend on occasionally when he came to town and that he wasn't doing the same ol bullshit. Then he comes back all "oh yea my wife left me and took the kid, and now i'm gonna be a loose cannon, playing by my own rules when I help you" thing. Really annoying 180 in character development for him, if he had died as his character was before he came back(family, responsible, etc) him dying would have honestly had more of an impact since he was pretty much just an innocent guy helping his bro doing something to free his gf. Instead we get the current Nate dying and it feels pretty much expected considering how low he's gotten

I don't agree that he went back to that. Sure he was a little impulsive at times, but he wasn't nearly as bad as then, he had some self-control and he was becoming really clutch in a pinch. He didn't understand all the ramifications of spy world, but he wasn't being a total idiot I don't think. His bed bugs idea was creative imo and he acted before Mike had a chance to and all.

I knew it was Nate dying because they said someone was dying and Nate was somehow in just as many episodes this season as he had been total it seemed like. That said, how they went about it was really good. I felt bad for Mike and him and his mother scene was really tough. I really hope Mike gets to absolutely destroy whoever made that happen.
