Model update of other forms
The other forms do remain a work in progress. We decided it best to release bear and cat as soon as they were ready. We started them first because they are the oldest of the form models, and were in desperate need of a revamp and some additional textures to bring them more in line with the higher resolutions we've been using in the expansions. The Art team remains very busy on several different tasks for World of Warcraft, but now that new art for cat and bear are imminent, we'd like to keep pushing out new forms sooner rather than later.

I always wanted girl/boy druids to look different. Like a girl tree has cherries or something growing off it and a boy has more leaves or something. Girl cat looks how it does now, boy cat has a mane, etc.

Great idea, never seen it mentioned before but it'd be nice. Just the other day I was considering how even a super-geared tree looks the same as a shitty tree.

Its not hard to tell the difference in a BG.

The super gear is jumping around, and the gimpy one is dead on the ground. (oh god I hate ulduar geared resto druids with 800+ resillance)

NE forms look meh I like tauren bears, BUT I do admit you can see the fact they have the looks of a night elf and the looks of a tauren in them rather than just goofy lookin' bear.

I <3 tree for 2v2, but I can't stand it for battlegrounds as I get torn to shreds, I prefer to go feral in there as there's so many resillience free killshots just walking around in front of me :D

The face looks fucking retarded. I get they're trying to do the whole "you're a cow that turned into a cat" but it didn't turn out well in my opinion.

The old tauren cat face looked fucking retarded. Anything is an improvement, although I don't 100% approve of the nose ring. The curvature on the horns is much improved.

Considering I love alliance cat form now, any change is welcomed since it can only get better. More definition is very needed... and judging by the bear and comments they want to stick with the races attributes for the forms (hair color, ears, nose rings)... so I'm thinking cat forms for alliance are going to have a Silver/White one which would be awesome, maybe a greenish teal one, and another purpleish/pink one. Should be sweet.
