I'm 24.

I have..

one sister, 3 years older, unmarried, bought a house with her boyfriend (pretty close to her now, obvious tensions when we were younger; we're both over that in our adulthoods)

Introductory Step/Half-Sibling Info: My parents divorced (I was uh.. 9-ish?) and have since each remarried; both of their current spouses each are on their second marriages and each have 3 children from said previous marriage

3 step-sisters on my mom's side:
oldest is my age, 24, and recently married, no kids (she's cool, much respect for her, get along well--and she's hot; yes I would've hit it, but never the opportunity)
next is 21, has a kid from a guy different from the 40-something guy she's engaged to now (indifferent toward her, at best.. but I feel for my step-dad, knowing the pain she causes him)
youngest is 15, seems like a good kid; she's nice now, but unknown whether she'll keep her head on her shoulders as she grows up; I will lean towards yes, though

3 step-siblings on my dad's side:
oldest, male, 27, same age as my older sister (good guy now, problematic in his youth; recently smoked with him for the first time)
next, female, 26, married, 2 kids, ages 7-ish and 3-ish, mom of the year to them (think highly of her, although not real close to her)
youngest, male, is also my age, 24.. married with 2 young kids, a daughter that's his, and a step-son (only sibling I really every "played" with as a brother growing up; we're now pretty different, but I like him as well as my other step-brother)

and a half-brother on my dad's side:
obviously younger, from my dad's 2nd marriage... he's 14, little slow (bad, bad ear infections as an infant--impacted hearing/learning/speech) and goofy, but he's cool as well

I'm second youngest of 9, My oldest brother is 24 years older than me. Our family is generally very close, though there's a lot of resentment towards me since I got the biggest share(by a fair bit) of my father's "living inheritance" he divvied up a few years ago. I was the only one of the kids to ever work for the family business more than a few years as a teen(nearly 20 years now since I was a child) and he felt I deserved most of it even though I knew this would happen =/.

I'm also kinda the black-sheep anyways, my 2 uncles are electricians, my father is an EE, all 4 of my brothers are EEs(it's been a strange family profession ever since my grand-father and father/uncles all worked on the Niagara Power Project)...and I'm off in lolacademia-land studying non-physics science. Which is the classic scenario of no matter how much better you do in life than them, among your siblings, you're always at the same place in the totem-pole.

Of them all, I see my younger brother(he's a student at the same school as me) daily and my youngest sister most days of the week, she's a nurse and takes care of my father who isn't in the best health.

I got two sisters one brother and a step brother.

My older brother(26) I get along with him sometimes but I got the feeling he kind of hates me.

Older sister(20)We get along great. She had her daughter about a year ago so we don't hang out as much like we used to but I get along with her boyfriend so sometimes the three of us hang out when they find a babysitter.

Younger sister(16)We get along when she wants me to do her a favor but any other time I get the feeling she wants to stab me in the face.

Step brother(5 or 6)Haven't seen him in about a year I guess. He is a cool kid but talked a lot which got annoying fast and he is an only sibling so he gets spoiled by my dad and his mom.

Growing up me and my older brother used to throw each other threw walls and shit. If it wasn't for our age's now and the chances of getting arrested we would probably still be doing that shit but I got the feeling one day when were both much older we will probably get along great or at least I hope so.

I'm the oldest, and I have a younger brother who's 15 who's autistic. He's not superbad durr, he's pretty high functioning, and pretty goofy, but he's into video game geek shit so whenever I get a new game or something, but he's pretty goofy, but fucking annoying most of the time, really whiny and shit because he gets way too much attention.

My sister is 14, and dumb as a fucking rock. About 95% gonna end up a dumb fat goth bitch and not turn out for shit, but she takes after my mom, so I'm pretty sure she'll just scrape by in life, drama whoring here and there.

So because of these two, I get quite a bit of 'Please don't let all of our kids be fuck ups' from my mom, stepdad, and Dad.

I am 24 with two half-brothers (mother) that are 14 and 15 (almost 16, but yeah, they came out in rapid succession. My mom raises them alone back home, as their father used to kick the crap out of me and my mother bi-weekly until it was decided to pull the old divorce and run/hide. I had to father for them most of my high school years until I left home.

The older one is worthless, he has became a wigger to the complete definition, and gets high so much he can't get anything else done, my mother can't control him and he comes and goes from home as he pleases. He has been arrested once already...

The younger one is the polar opposite, he succeeds very well in school, does after school sports, is on honor roll etc. Needless to say they don't get along, and sometimes my mother phones me and directs me to yell and threaten the older one. I don't think anything will work, and I'm sure my mom is just counting the days until he turns 18. I could go on forever about the older one, but it makes my head hurt and I'm so glad I don't live with him anymore.

We pushed eachother's buttons a lot when we were kids; distanced from eachother socially around high school which stopped the stupid kid fights, and now get along pretty great. We tried to split apart and define ourselves in high school, but since then it seems we find more and more in common- music, politics, various activities, and get along with eachother's friends really well too. He just finished school and is gonna be moving to the Portland area with his bandmates in the summer.

One sister who is 3 years younger (20), so we were never in the same school at the same time together. We fought alot as kids, but that chilled out around highschool. She is working on being a Vet at A&M but she comes up to Dallas ever so often so I still see her alot.

She stole my hobby (drawing/animals) when we were teens so I switched to computers which turned out for the best I suppose, since I'm a network admin at a web development company now.

Also have a bunch of step siblings, my parents got divorced when I was 5 and we moved to Texas, my dad has remarried twice now. He was really unhappy his first remarry (wife was a nurse, turned out to be a narcoleptic) but she had a hot daughter that was a couple years older than me. He's since remarried again and seems to be happy, his wife has a couple of sons my age but I've only met them a few times, they both work on an oil rig in the gulf (3 months on, 3 weeks off), like my dad used to, which is actually one of the reasons my parents got divorced. Pretty popular profession for males that don't go to college in Lousiana, pays really well.

Have 4 brothers (3 are technically half-brothers but we're all pretty close so we don't look at each other that way.) Coincidentally we were all born 5 years apart except for my second youngest brother who messed it up (33, 28, 23(Me in July), 20, 18.)

The 33 year old had his first and only son about 5 years ago (time fucking flies) who I've probably seen less times than the fingers on my hands. We talk a lot but since he holds this huge grudge against my dad for not really being there for his life, that subject keeps coming up and I honestly get tired of talking about it because I've moved on since I dealt with it too. Gives pretty good advice especially since we lived two completely different lives.

The 28 year old was my mom's first kid with a different father. Despite how short-tempered he is, it's amazing how much trouble he's stayed out of because he's almost the true definition of someone who probably won't ever grow up (has ungodly amounts of energy that none of us quite understands where he gets. He's done some rap production to get by and some of his beats have been on some popular artist's albums but it's really difficult for a producer to break through and so he's constantly having money problems despite doing it for almost 15 years now (good example of why you should go to school even if just for a trade).

20 year old came out of an affair my dad was having with this other woman while with my mom. We both have our dad's personality so we get along really well (dad's pretty laid back and intelligent but lived too much int he moment and made mistakes that affected us for the worse). Right now, he's going to school in California on a scholarship (he's a pretty amazing dancer) and he's probably gonna be the first in my immediate family to be pretty successful in life.

My youngest brother and I's relationship is really weird right now and I feel guilty about it because we were almost inseparable when we were younger. He was the most spoiled one but he also probably got it the worst emotionally. My dad and my mom split when I was 8 (he was 3), and my dad ,when he wasn't under the influence, was a pretty damn good dad so when he left, it hit me hard but it probably hit him the hardest. My mom never really found anyone so although my dad was around every so often, my brother grew up without a father figure. I probably should've filled that role as an older brother and because we were the only siblings that lived together but I was pretty emotionally messed up too growing up so I used to be pretty reclusive. He's almost done with high school and I'm not sure he has any goals in life because he hasn't really had anyone to look up to including me even though I'm paying my way through college. At some point I'm gonna need to talk to him to figure out where his mind is and try to salvage some motivation out of him.

I have 3 younger siblings, a sister (26) & 2 brothers (23, 21). We get along just fine, except one of my brothers (the older one) is a bit right wing and loves to push my buttons about politics, and my youngest brother is a bit of a joker & likes to watch the ensuing hilarity so pushes everyone's buttons. Other than that though we all get along just great and we all turned out pretty well (sister's a nurse & married to an awesome guy, brother #1 is a business type guy, brother #3 is finishing up a uni degree in media & design). My mum & dad musta done something right, hope my kids turn out as well (if I have any).
