perhaps it was deb's boyfriend ;o
Seems plausible, however he seems too level headed to actually shoot deb, and then shoot Lundy. (fuck your spoilers, it's wednesday)
Well he doesn't know it's his biggest nemesis or who Deb is. Only that the guy is close, real close. So seeing as how no one else we know has been this close (according to Lundy) what's to say he doesn't take out anyone else that gets wind of his doings?
Shooting Deb would just be a way to get rid of any witnesses, the only flaw I see here is that I doubt she'd die. Which would seemingly be too sloppy for Trinity.
But all Lundy knew, was that Trinity kills in threes. So he might have never took into account that any other killing, would be a part of the Trinity's tally.
I'm not saying it's not a possibility, but it's a fucking retarded one.
It was Dexter, he was tired of his wife getting banged by an old dude and a brotha on TV, and was tired of working with her. Two birds with one scene.
did not know they were married, lol
I would have raped Christina Cox. She wanted it.
Trinity seems most likely to me. Vacation killer possibly but it's been more back story so far so it doesn't seem right to me. I think the motivation for the kill is that trinity can't let anyone get in the way of re living what happened in his past (not sure if this was said or I'm just assuming it but trinity is replaying the murders that happened to his family way back when) and since lundy was close to figuring him out and stopping the rituals he had to be killed since that is easier than simply stopping the kills since they mean so much.
The taking from his pocket could either be to make it seem like a random robbery , or when he bumped into lundy earlier he placed something on him like a tracking bug, but I think that seems too high tech for him.
I was very pleased with this episode, I have not been enjoying Season 4 much because of the whole focus on his family and relationship with Rita (she is hot as hell, but annoys the fuck out of me). She was barely in this episode and it felt more like the old Dexter, I guess that's why I enjoyed it more.
Julie benz cant not annoy the fuck out of you, it's just how she works.
I liked Benz more in S3 when she was playing the protective mother hen and had some confidence.
The whiny/neurotic/annoying version from S1/S2 needs to die.
Maybe he took the tape recorder?
Edit: The sneak peek for tonight's episode that would have regularly been shown after credits:

I about shit myself.
Excellent, excellent, excellent
I saw that coming at the end but at the same time I kept looking at the clock and it seemed to have 15 minutes left. Was disappointed that it ended so early but such a great ending. Next episode looks orgasmic.
Great episode, didn't think Dexter would be so emotional over Debra
You do know Trinity is gonna wind up being the same type of killer Dexter is, right?
Dexter kills only bad people like killers etc...
Trinity kills good ppl, well thats what im seeing so far, or did i miss something on his victims?
