Yeah it's rare but it does happen, he chose to save her when his one and only brother was trying to kill her and ended up killing him instead of living a life of just murdering shit together. I'd say that he cares about her a lot more than he could ever know or want to admit to himself.
Though I am still bummed Lundy is out of it, I am glad Dexter is taking up his work. The scene where Trinity kills that guy was pretty horrifying to watch considering he was just talking and smiling at the guy the day before. I get the feeling Dexter is going to be stalking Trinity to try to find out about his code, makes me really wonder if they will become friends similar to how he and Miguel Prado were in season 3.
Ber has this bizarre idea that Lundy is still alive acting as if he was dead alla Dark Knight because they never showed the body or spoke about a funeral. I say there's no way though, no way a guy is getting shot two times in the chest and coming up with a plan to fake his death while waiting for an ambulance.
I still don't think he shot deb and Lundy. Starting to think more along the lines of Anton. I really cannot envision that Dexter will have any empathy/real friendship for trinity at all. Dexter is going to gut his ass like he was a salmon.
yeah Im not too sold on trin either. I mean, he seemed pretty pissed when he saw the news saying lundy was dead. I think he wanted lundy to catch him (makes sence with the beating-up part outside the bar and telling the guy it was now his fault (for what to come))
I don't know just something really bothering me with the way Trinity was acting, he didn't even like say random things like he did when he was bludgeoning the other coffee shop guy. If he does have a similar code to Dexter then this could get interesting.
As for who killed Lundy I have a theory it could have been Trinity setting it up to make it look exactly like a vacation murder to keep the trail cold on him. It was published int he paper and he's a very smart, experienced killer, I am sure he would know how to handle any kind of weapon in his possession. He instantly killing Lundy with the shots he fired, bled out very fast. I can't imagine that stupid meth'd out addict making precession shots like that, or that tub of lard b/f of hers.
But with the surprises the show has been pulling this season, it could be anyone at this point. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a WHO SHOT SPECIAL AGENT LUNDY? viral marketing soda/slurpie scheme at 7/11 soon haha.
think trinity is just reliving his childhood, fucked up parents etc.
About Trinity, there's no evidence that he chooses his victims either way, good or bad so we'll just have to see. I dont think it's very relevant though. If he did have a code just like Dexter, killing only bad people, I think Dexter would still kill him.
I liked some of the imagery, if you caught it during the bludgeoning, a splatter of Trinity's torso/head was outlined in blood.
and lol @ Astor's Twilight poster.
One that that has me really confused, Lundy said Trinity had been all over the country, how on earth is that possible when he is a teacher, father, and husband? It really just doesn't make sense, with that kind of commitment he wouldn't be able to go anywhere unless he just... wanders around setting down?
Business trips, different cities, on a 30 year cycle.
This is a topic about a T.V show, how dare you post how you feel about it. You are supposed to post...err..uhh. You know...stuff...
Dexter could be wrong. Its possible that Trinity did not shoot Deb and Lundy. The scene with Trinity at the cafe getting really pissed off when he heard the news could suggest that he didn't want Lundy to die (as it may attract attention due to the recent news article)
Rewatched this scene and it didn't seem like he showed any emotion at all towards the news, and then immediately he started being bitchy about his diced tomatoes. I guess he had some micro-expressions, his lip quivered a little and his brow furrowed slightly. (yes I just finished watching Lie to me)
If he was reacting to the news though, it seems he really despises himself for what he does so hearing the news could've illicit that reaction. Or maybe I'm reading into it wrong, but it seems he punishes himself like the scalding hot shower, getting the alley/bar guy to beat him up.
idkkkk over-analyzing but I can't sleep. D:
Kinda think if it's not Trinity then it's Quin ;x Maybe he's not that f'd up, but he does have a lot of issues.
Don't see any way it could be Anton.
Had some other comment from the other page, but I forgot ._.a
added: WTF is up with Trinity shopping for a hammer and not knowing which one to use. The guys been doing it for 30 years... You'd think he'd know which type to use XD
VACATION. KILLER.
Not a difficult thing to grasp.
If Trinity did it (he didn't), he would've taken the god damn tape recorder. If it was Anton, he wouldn't have taken shit from Deb, nor would he have been so emotional when she told him he slept with Lundy.
It's Vacation Killer or it's a random murder and mug.
Shit ain't difficult.
