The scenes with Trinity's family were INTENSE. Haven't enjoyed an ep of dexter this much since last season when Dexter first found out that the latino cop was using him.

I was getting really emotional while watching this episode. As always, Dexter always delivers. The ending was fucking amazing. NOT what I expected. I think this is pretty much the best episode this season. <3

Rita making out with that dude was inevitable though.. I called that one a mile away. When Dexter attacked Trinity, I thought he was gonna kill him right there, breaking his code altogether. This episode definitely showed another side of Dexter. He's very compassionate towards Trinity's family.

Show's amazing. inb4 Vince hooking up with Debra.

Yeah. Masuka's gonna tell Dexter, and Dexter is gonna confront Rita about it. Knowing Dexter, he's just gonna forgive her for it more than likely... considering he cheated on Rita once before. All Rita did was make out with that fool... Dexter went all the way with some crazy bitch D:

She told Debra that she couldn't even imagine looking into the eyes of the person she loved, as they take their last breath. Then Deb realized that nobody could know she was facing Lundy and looking into his eyes, unless they were there.

Also, I really think one of the most interesting things about Dexter is how he gradually comes to realize that he does have at least some semblance of feelings and emotions, even if he's reluctant to admit it. I totally don't buy into this whole "I have no emotions, wah wah" shit; he clearly feels something, albeit in a pretty twisted way, and I think the way they go about exploring it is fantastic!

Yeah pulling him off with the belt was a nice touch, I was just like HOLY SHIT HES GONNA KILL HIM RIGHT THERE. Can't wait for the next Trinity/Kyle confrontation.

Anyone else think Trinity knows who Dexter really is at this point?

I've been wondering if he secretly knew all this time, as far as I can tell they've left that open as a possibility.

How do you guys feel about this season? My mom says there isn't a lot of blood or gore in this season, so she was a bit down about that. I haven't got to watch this season but my mom tells me about it and it still sounds really good. I'll catch up this season sometime soon before the episodes are off on demand.
