I don't recall any hint of Aster/Cody having dark passengers in the tv series. That could definitely change this upcoming season though.

you could argue that cody had a strange interest in Lundy's death but yeah nothing seemed super obvious/intentional
Is it even 100% that Trinity killed Rita? I mean looks like his doing but he never openly admits it
loool
I doubt the neighbor was even close to knowledgeable enough of the killing to fake the scene, not to mention, what the hell would his motivation be.
Trinity appeared as a normal family person also, as for motivation why not Rita just turning him down, sure would be unexpected
As for knowledge, we dint really know anything about him but that he had hots for Rita and trouble with his wife
exactly which is why it would be absolutely retarded to expect that
Dexter doesn't pull shit out of nowhere, there's usually more than enough reason to understand motivations behind a character
them suddenly dropping all that and going yeah it was the neighbor turns out he kills people too would be a 'twist' even M Night Shymamalmlamn would be ashamed of.
If the neighbour ended up doing it, I'd kill people.
it would be like Charlie coming out of a crazy ass drug trip at the very end of Lost, sitting in a hotel somewhere having hallucinated it all
unexpected, but retarded
I think if there wasn't that interview right after the show that confirmed Trinity Killer did it, it wouldn't be that crazy of an idea. It would have been more of a cliffhanger than it already is and pretty much 600 crazy theories would probably be circulated that'd have some merit, even if only minimal.
I don't watch the show... did you just spoil the entire series of Lost in an unrelated thread? If so, Epic. Luckily, I never planned on watching it anyway.
if that was at me, I was using a hypothetical example, I've only seen like this first season
Ahh, Not as epic <.<
That entire line about Lost has been a joke of many webcomics and discussions about the series. I haven't seen a single episode of Lost and I've heard it many times. No idea if it's confirmed or anything, but don't quite care either, lol.
http://www.leasticoulddo.com/comic/20100315 as an example.
guess it isn't as unexpected as I thought lol
I was trying to pull something random out of my ass to make a point
ok say in the final episode of 24 you find out his daughter is the evil mastermind behind everything that ever happened in the show
it would be a big plot twist, but retarded
to further clarify, any good twist has subtle hints that you can see when you rewatch previous episodes. A twist that literally comes out of nowhere is just stupid
