You shouldn't need anything special if you only listen to MP3s and FLAC files. You'll only want to download additional components if you actually think you'll be using them.

Must-have Winamp addon = Playlist File Remover. It's pretty lame that the Winamp doesn't have a default key for Remove File from Playlist + Delete from hard drive option.

Also, installing plugins from Music - Zophar's Domain is a huge plus.

WinAMP hasn't been updated in years. Foobar2000 is vastly superior. More options, greater variety of plug-ins, better decoders (so better sound), and so on.

I use a regular plain build that displays the CD Cover, the playlist, and the playlist ..list. I have a few different playlists, but I can't use anything super special as this PC sucks ass.

Is it memory/performance sexy & lite on resources?
