[Lakshmi] Tinchi

BLM/WHM/SMN 75, taru male.

Applied yesterday to our linkshell.
According FFXIAH he is(was?) in Anduril and OldRustyBucket LSes on Lakshmi server.

Anduril is an end-game LS (events, not HNMs) and OldRustyBuckets is one of the oldest and most successful Dynamis shells on the server. I was a sack in ORB while Tinchi was a member, and while he's a decent enough guy, he generally wasn't very attentive or skillful as a WHM. I received numerous complaints from other members about not getting haste/heals while in his group, and I usually had to ask other WHMs to keep an eye on his party members lest they sit in yellow/red or die while their WHM has full MP.

Overall, he's a fairly average player who would probably do fine in a big LS where it's not important for every player to be exceptional. Based on my experiences with him, he's not someone I'd want for low-man events where everyone has to play at 100% for things to go smoothly.
