out of curiosity, does the Taxidermist require the Heavy Rain disc or is it standalone? I can't see myself playing the whole story again, and with the bonus 50% at gamestop trading it in is pretty tempting.

Requires the disc, the whole menu for accessing the DLC is in the menu of the game.

yeah I just looked online. given how big of an increase I am surprised it lasts that long, but not complaining. Heavy Rain and Red Faction (from darksiders) should get me a new game, I would imagine. (I already have red faction form steam THQ bundle)

Just fyi, they are going to be supporting Heavy Rain with a lot of DLC down the road, or so I have read.

My guess, and this is a raw guess. I think they did this at this time because they wanted to capitalize with huge titles in this 3 week window, people buying those new games and paying them off. Because more than likely toysrus and amazon already does, have nice deals on heavy rain, gow 3 and FF XIII. Not like they'll loose money either, even if you get say 55 for ME 2, they still sell it for that, so they still get the 5 bucks or so they make off the new games.

I stopped after the first fbi scene last night.. Just because I was alrdy getting pretty intrigued in the story and it was 11pm haha. So far I have been very impressed and the epilogue parts (the house/mall) were fantastic. I was sad

Game freezing though shouldn't be happening. Happened right after the therapy scene and I had to force reboot my PS3.. Though that was when i decided to go back and redo the cop fight because i rly sucked the first time. lol got 2 achievements when I redid it. I like how they do the commands and the dialogue options. Rly makes you think fast

Kind of curious though, if you go back to a chapter where a character died earlier. That character will still be dead and u will have to go back even earlier to change how that chapter plays out? So seems like the game will be good for a few playthroughs.

I don't think this is a spoiler, but if it is Ill tag it right away. But ppl are saying there are a lot of twists (w/is a great thing), but can anybody confirm the killer being different depending in our actions? My friend totally thought it was this guy (who he didn't tell me or I'd kill him) but after he got the fbi agent killed he was like TWIST and then had no idea who it was lol

I beat it last night at around 10:20 PM est

Bought the game at 10 AM had a break for lunch and dinner. went out for about 1hr. In a 2nd play now so cant look this moment but my guess is 7hrs 30min. maybe 8hrs

got really into it about mid way into my play time ~_~ lost track of time LOL

I am gong to test it this play. I can prob tell you 100% when I am done with my 2nd time around.(if the killer can change)

Really I think it can. By the looks of my 1st play through I think I know a way to change it. It seems the story leaves at least one open end for it to change(going off a hunch of something I saw in the game)

If you are done PM me with your killer I can tell you if its the same as mine, tho I think at the least there is a good shot even if you can change that it will be the same guy. As I played the good guy in my 1st time around, saving everyone doing my best not to kill anyone you know.

On a side note, my killer was so distant in the list of people I saw coming. It was like "wtf? really?" Then I got thinking about stuff that happened and it did sorta add but, very small hints that I dont think anyone could of put together ~_~;

edit: Lastly tell me the sun glasses and glove are not cool...

What do you guys use for ARI when looking at files? I did Mars for a while, but now I prefer the waterfalls.

Glich I found, 1st time the 1st video did not show only audio. 2nd time around and guess what? I saw the video lol found that odd the 1st time.

is there a game that looks better then this? even PC based.

edit: looking less likely that you can change the killer <.< I changed an event (one that was big in my mind) and did not change anything really.

On PC's? Of course. On consoles? The only possible contenders probably are stuff like Uncharted 2, KZ2 and possibly God of War 3 (from what I've seen anyhow). I won't be able to say for sure until my game arrives sometime next week though

ya I think I like the waterfall the best too ~_~; that the one in the sky close to the cliff with clouds and the waterfall in the back?

The ball game was funny too. Helped blow by on time, wish they would add more games LOL looks like they might of planned it because of the other two when you think about it.

Also wonder if there is any other time you can play the game again, or is it only when you wait that one time?

dont think MGS4 is as good looking, this one seems much more smooth, as well as better looking outside of the CS's.
KZ2 have not had time to play >.>
