Anyways, I did all the trials, and Madison knows. Didn't think she could call Norman, but I'll do the gas receipt thing first, as I'm assuming there's a trophy associated with him putting the clues together and pinpointing the murderer himself.

After Madison escapes the fire she can call Norman or Ethan. If they don't know the address, she can fill them in.

You have to have given up with Norman before he bleeds out though.

btw in The Taxidermist they changed the VA for Madison, I'm 99.9% sure this is actually the chick that voiced Carla Valenti in Indigo Prophecy. I was kinda surprised they didn't bring her back to do Madison for the main game but yeah, anyway.

I have a question about getting trophies via chapters...

I've already beat the game... Did all 5 trials in first playthrough. I'm trying to get the Clever Dad trophy. What I tried to do was fail the Rat chapter (did not drink poison, saved), and then I worked out the address. A guide told me that I will get the trophy at the last chapter, so I skipped to the last chapter (chose not save) and Ethan still acted like he drank the poison. Do I have to play all the way from the Rat to the end to get this trophy, and change the storyline the way I want to? This chapter business is very confusing. Thanks.

Because it will fail the task, prompting Ethan to figure out the address on his own. This is for the trophy Clever Dad, which I am asking about in my above post... If anyone can answer, I would appreciate it please.

I am going to assume you have to play through the rat chapter and save, and just let it continue on.

So play through every chapter until the end? That would be annoying to try to change the ending with one of the early chapter changes...

There aren't many chapters left after the Rat chapter, though, right?

If you want Clever Dad, just go back to Rat, choose to save and redo the last couple chapters. Clever Dad doesn't ding until the last one iirc, but like Kuya said, there's 5 chapters in between that maybe take 30 minutes to do.

Yes, you can't just change one chapter and change the end by skipping to it. That's why it's usually best to get Perfect Crime, Nerd and Trial Master in your first or second playthrough. Then at most you have to go back like 10 chapters to change the endings. All of the task ones that are chapter specific can be done later through chapter select.

Ah cool thanks. Well I'm glad I didn't look up any of the trophies for my first playthrough though. I don't like the advice to do Perfect Crime first, it would spoil the story for beginners for sure. A second playthrough for sure. Now that I know you have to playthrough to get trophies, I'll do Perfect Crime and Nerd on my second playthrough after I finish with all of these one chapter trophies.

lol almost done with it just need to get 3 more trophies, 2 I get easy ~_~ but in my last run i got the best ending so far lol loved it so much

Norman, died at the end. Madison saved them from getting shot at the door, happy ending somewhat there.

After that Madison got her book deal with the spooky guy talking to her, after that Blake puts on Normans air's and Norman shows up in them ~_~. and Scoot gets shot by the woman that was following him around(he got away when he killed Norman)

out of the 5 or so endings I have seen that has to be in my eyes the best so far ~_~ Norman dead scaring Blake

also how is it that I am missing 5 trophies and I am only at 80% <,< is all endings + heavy rain master worth 15% really?

for that do I let Shaun die? or just get everyone else killed/fail, save Shaun and fail walking out?

The Gold and Silver trophies are weighted pretty heavily so it's not too unlikely.

Shaun lived when I did it. Madison died in the fire and Norman died at the end. Ethan saved Shaun and it triggered. It might still trigger if Shaun isn't saved by Ethan though.

Shaun can die, it just depends on how far back you want to go for all ending trophy. Only one ending requires ethan to be arrested at the end, all others need him to be free. I got perfect ending w/ Ethan saving shaun also

that is one of the endings that is good I have got about 5 good endings so far. that was my 1st too. its a nice one.

u can't save him, u get a prompt to save him in all the wharehouse scene's (w/gets u a trophie), but he always atks u again and then u finish him off

I like how the news announcer at the end says Scott Shelby is 48, yet him and John were born in 1967. 1967-2011 = 44 years old.

I'm having problems with getting the epilogue "Heroine" to show up in my chapter select. I've seen it twice (Madison signing books), but it will not show up in chapter select. I'm letting the credits roll all the way back to the main menu. I'm guessing my game is bugged?

It's not the technically the book signing one, its the epilogue where she is being interviewed for saving Shaun. This only happens when she is the only one to show up and save shaun. The book signing one follows a few different endings for Madison and isnt given it's own epilogue
