Hate to agree with Brp but he's right, making famitsu a credible source is just silly.

Maybe so. But I really don't see what is so infuriating about it. He said its ok. Thats his opinion, oh noes.

The stupidity lies in his "logic." It should instantly offensive to anyone with intelligence. I could dissect it for a few laughs, but here isn't the place for it.

Calling famitsu a credible source(OF CRITICISM, since they do break stories well enough) is dumb, but not so retarded that it would overshadow the nonsense coming out of his mouth. Same is true with saying FFXII or Nintendogs or something to that degree "objectively" "excelled" in every area. lol.

Well, I don't recall saying anything about Nintendogs. Kids loved it, they found it innovative and for them it may very well be an "exceptional" game.

...Or it may not, matter of tastes and opinions. The list may not be "OK" for you, that's your opinion.

Insults on a personal level are the ultimate reflections of weakness and ignorance. You had a chance to respond me in a civilized manner but instead, you attempted to insult my intelligence. I think you've missed the train there, its quite late to pull a "you know, I could've done this for lulz but I didn't." People won't buy that.

In any case, the so-called discussion was "supposed" to end with my response but it seems to me that you are still trying to get into a cheap, crappy name calling "NO U" argument. Sorry, BRP. It's not going to happen.

Just How Different Are Bayonetta 360 and PS3?
Given the first-hand reports, Famitsu review scores, and general impressions coming out of this year's Tokyo Game Show, it's not exactly news that the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Platinum Games' Bayonetta differ. But when our import copies of the game (which just released in Japan, and will be available in the U.S. on January 5th) arrived yesterday, I was determined to sort out the extent of that difference.
Over the past two days, I've spent about 12 hours split between the two versions, and I've ended up very disappointed the PS3 game. All the complaints you may have heard -- that it looks faded and blurry, and struggles through its framerate -- are true, and more significant than I've seen in any PS3/360 game in recent memory. The 360 version runs into occasional light framerate issues, but nothing that really affects the game. The PS3 version feels sluggish for the majority of the game -- at least, when put side-by-side with the 360 one.
You can check out our video comparison above, but I recommend checking out the larger downloadable versions on GameVideos, because these are the kinds of differences that are hard to spot in the Flash player (and in some ways are even hard to spot in the downloadable versions).
Since the stars lined up so spectacularly that the two versions don't ship in the U.S. until January 5th, but you can import the Japanese versions now, but only the Japanese PS3 version will work on U.S. consoles, I don't have an easy recommendation for the best way to play the game (unless you have enough cash to buy a Japanese 360). I've come to the conclusion, though, that the differences are significant enough that -- if you have the choice -- it's worth waiting until January to play the U.S. 360 game instead of importing the Japanese PS3 one now. If you only own a PS3 and don't plan to pick up a 360 at any point, the PS3 version is still a good game, but in my mind waiting a few months is worth the quality difference.
Of course, that's assuming that the only differences between the Japanese and U.S. versions will be their region lock. Bayonetta director Hideki Kamiya told us at this year's Tokyo Game Show that he has no plans to add new content for the U.S. release, but that wasn't regarding the game's performance. It's possible that Sega will improve the PS3 version in the next few months. I've asked, but haven't heard anything back from them on the possibility.

To restate the obvious, Bayonetta porting wasn't done by platinum games. Recipe for disaster.

Also maybe one day people will start making PS3 games for the PS3. That would be fun. (Well, there is Uncharted 2!)

    PS3Trophies.org - Bayonetta Trophies List

Nothing particularly interesting, but oh well. Seems there's some sort of counter (doesn't sound like witch time, maybe just the specific weapon). Also a "divert 10 attacks" achievement with the same weapon. Hopefully the secret achievements are anytihng silly like Pure Platinum on all stages. I Hell or Hell'd DMC4 and even that would be too much to put me off, lol.

Since I am heading to Japan Today Here is my 20 minute of play Time on PS3.

-The Game is Region Free Any PS3 will Play it.
-required Install to HHD took less than a minute.
-The Whole Menu (Items, ingame text etc) will auto to English if the PS3 is set to NA/EU (Very Import Friendly).
-The Loading time between missions and Cut Scenes are 10-15 seconds long.
-They are 3 mods Very Easy (Single button Combo Moves), Easy (Single button moves ), Normal (no Single Button combo moves).
-Graphic for PS3 looks great even if they aren't up to the Xbox360.
-Controls are very fluid and easy to use.
-The amount of combo moves are fucken ridiculous
-Humor and Style are over the top (I love it).

If you have the money to import then I highly recommend the PS3 Version, unless you are a Graphic whore then get the Xbox360.

Does Bayonetta feature any annoying play time extenders like repeated bosses or levels?
