    Looking for an app...

    that can take all your startup items and order them so that your pc will get into windows first and let the av stuff and the os get settled before assaulting it with 10 different programs/tray things trying to start up? I imagine a simple dos batch file could do it, but I'm lazy.

    Try WinPatrol, it can "delay" start up tasks so they don't all start up at the same time.
