He was in our shell very briefly. About two weeks, at most. Hist first week, while he was on trial, he attended every event and was very eager to please. He seemed to be willing to learn and go the extra mile. We told him when we accepted him that during his trial, he needed to finish his rdm sub for his blm and get sleepga2 for his blm. He asked for some leniency on finishing rdm, which was no problem.

After that first week, he vanished from pretty much every event except a couple. I would see him leveling his 23 thf while he QQed about not having time/not caring about finishing rdm sub for his blm. I don't believe he ever finished his sleepga quest during that time period. When I asked him about it, he got extremely defensive, talked about having no time (we didn't give him time periods, just wanted to see some progress), all the while leveling other jobs. He then decided to leave the linkshell because, I don't know, he felt like we were being too hard on him or asking too much of him.

I thought it was all rather silly, tbh. I mean, we just wanted him to progress and have the very BASICS for his job, but that was asking too much? So yea, take that for what it's worth. Just seemed like he was shiny and bright-eyed at first, but didn't put forth much effort after that initial "first impression" stage.

Anyone else think that he is posting his own background check? Capitalizes every word and also spells phoenix the same as he does in the app link posted. Not that I really care, but just thought it should be pointed out.

Prepare for the tiniest teacup ever to contain a tempest.

So, months before he joined our LS, I saw him shouting for a teleport. I was a little busy at the time but he upped the offer and I was heading out anyway so I picked him up. I generally start the cast before I engage the trade, to save the client some time. He never accepted the trade. I figured I'd just get it when we landed.

So we land, and I send him a trade again, and he just ignores me. I send him a /tell asking if he's going to pay (he had offered like 5k). He responds "(I don't understand any English.)" So, "(money) (Where?)". No response. I'm figuring I'm getting screwed so a little harrassment is in order, so I send him the tell again, and he fires back screaming at me, something like "omfg leave me alone its your own fault for not getting the money in the first place".

So, when he app'ed to our shell, I told the leaders and placed a "no" vote and told them that even though it was totally petty, someone that was willing to be a dick over 5k would probably not even hesitate at all to screw someone over when it came to a larger sum of money. They agreed, but Severon persisted in really wanting to join. They told him that if I accepted his apology, then they would allow him in. We talked and I agreed to let him in, because he seemed really, really eager to show his energy and commitment to the shell.

So, you can see how quickly that evaporated.

I don't want anyone to make the mistake that I'm complaining over 5k here. I'm just stating that you will not likely get much out of Severon unless you have a really big carrot and a really long stick. And regardless of how it might seem, he's really only after the carrot.

And yes, it's blatantly obvious that Severon's the OP here.

Also also, it's hilarious that all our rejects go to Lakshmi.
