pretty self explanatory. it's not that they're necessarily an awkward person (that's sort of just a given for a lot of BG posters) but more about the job itself clashing with someone's character.

For example:

I work with rl lolis all day, so if Seno was my coworker, that'd be fucking awkward. fhqwads would be awkward as well but for different reasons.

Kohan writes for a living and isn't terrible at it, so if Elphaba was her coworker, that'd be awkward.

I make science all day but the process of making this kind of science is pretty simple so I'm pretty sure most people wouldn't be that awkward. Anybody who doesn't have the patience to do 4 hours of work and have nothing to show for it qualifies, I guess.
