Wouldn't it be cute if their systems and computer components just had a clump of dust that melded into the main circuits and that is been the root of all this spaghetti code since day 1?
????
?
That would be cute, but its not the case here.
Just another minor glitch guys, nothing to worry about.
How bout fixing the fucked up pop times on my merit mobs? That shit's annoying as hell when you know a mob should be up and all the sudden two pop at once, after your chain is dead.
Probably (possibly) related to the mass DC'ing, SE needs to upgrade their shit yo.
Better fix R0s.
Obligatory 'it must be to fix the ninja'd upped D ring drop rate' post.
I've been getting R0s but it turned out it was my ISP or another porblem; might not be SE's fault, all depends where you live in the world and if there are any problems with the internet globaly.
I'm pretty certain it's not our individual connections.
This was from the other day.

SE : brb guys need to handle this ddos attack
the JPs found out something on AV, so they are going to fix that.
Anyways the R:0's seem to be by zone, and not by server. Because i was fishing manta with a bud, and we got hit with nothing(no red dots in the zone 4-5 others) yet a guy in the linkshell said that whitegates everyone was dcing. So it seems to be mostly that area too.
I never got this R0 problem lol
I know that the last 3 SW LS got some R0 problem fighting SW but i don't remember me getting one
Strange
Reminds me of the infamous DDoS attacks of a few years ago. That stuff was epic, the QQ was in abundant supply, and the whining didn't cease for weeks.
Mob pops are processed all at once in 30 second intervals. For example:
12:48:35 - Greater Colibri pops - Pops in this zone will always be at :05 or :35 until a maint
12:49:15 - Greater Colibri dies
12:54:15 - 5 minute respawn timer wears down
12:54:35 - Next mob pop check, Greater Colibri pops
It's not related to mass d/cing, it's been the same way since 2004.
Tia closes in 4 hrs...
FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
How sure are you on the 30 second interval?
I'll have to watch for this and test this but it's certainly insightful if accurate and never been pointed out to me or mentioned by anyone I've come across.
I think I've seen server lag delay these more than normal, though, but I'd have to start logging pops/deaths/repops to be positive.
