So I asked at the official site and they are braindead to the problem at hand so I thought I would ask here since most of you tech guys are a lot smarter then they are.
So for the past few months I have been unable to access armory on the WorldofWarcraft.com site. Every time I go to the armory it says "File not found" and not "Server busy" or "Cannot connect" ect.
Now their suggestion is to clear your internet cookies and old files, doing this does not solve the problem, then they tried a few other things and it still gives me "File not Found" error.
The picture looks like this

Now this leads me to one of a few conclusions since I can SOMETIMES get the armory working and sometimes(like 98% of the time) it sends me to this page.
1) It isn't browser based since this happens with both IE and Firefox which are both the most recent version after clearing Internet cookies/cache/tempinternetfiles.
2) It works occasionally but seldom so its not completely blocked by something
3) It works 100% of the time from my work on my laptop yet my laptop here has problems with it working so its unique to my router or my cable company(WoW cable).
I am not a real tech person but I think there might be a setting on my computer(I do run noscript but its set to fully allow WoWarmory.com) that is blocking this site or maybe some of the application of it but if that is the case why am I sometimes although rarely able to still access it without changing the settings at all?
