If this is indeed Rapture, I'll be pissed beyond belief. I don't want to be forced into a full console purchase OFF of my 360. I bought my 360 specifically because SE was no longer pulling this exclusivity bullshit with their titles. Sony held back FFXI for YEARS because of their bullshit PS2 limitations, and now we're supposed to piss away our 360s for more of the same?

I couldn't agree with this more. Galkas = awesomeness, but starting over is too exhausting to think about.

Well I quit FFXI about 3 years ago. Swore I wouldn't touch another mmo. Picked up WoW, played that for 2 years quit about 6 months ago. May have to pick up FFXIV, but only if it comes out for PC or 360, not buying a PS3.

Who knows really. Point is, I dont think either myself or anyone else has been this excited about shit from Square Enix (Not to mention, [hopefully] something related to FFXI) in a very very long time.

Just keep going man, still have a good year left. Not like they're going to cut off the servers at 14s release date, and I have a feeling a lot of people (like me) won't jump into 14 at all.

The thought of restarting FFXI makes me want to throw up. I can deal with working on my little empire, but not building from scratch again.

Like I said - PC release needed, I can deal without 360 support (they'll cave in on that one after an initial exclusivity deal) but PC support, without the stupid naffing full-screen tie-in that LED to the evil botting monster/awesomeness and sex on a stick/omg my PC is dying lagfest (delete as applicable) that was Windower's creation in the first place.

They need to spend some of the retail sales profits on some better GM staff training as well (and actually monitor some of the crap their employees say this time).
